i’ve had bad sciatica pain for a year now because my first physio i got sent to throught it was lower back pain so he messaged my sciatica nerve to the point i went into shock and had to punch him to stop even after telling him to stop earlier, and what do i get from him? “i think you’re over reacting” year later i still got pain, i’m going to try these well see what happens
@kimmakimou Right on. I’ve helped quite a few with it though…and we only do what’s researched and proven effective. Unfortunately, bed rest and not moving don’t lead to healing.
Obviously this guy has never had sciatica. It made me tense up with pain at the thought of sitting and putting my hands behind my neck and leaning. Jesus I can’t even straighten my leg right now.

I have had do much pain coming down my right leg…. My goodness…. Only when walk around the pain goes away……. I hate this damn nerve. I want it removed or anything to kill pain…

i can Vigorously swim for hours in a pool at a fast pace and my legs dont fatigue and dont increase in soreness , but if i try Running as exercise , NO WAY ! it hurts like crazy within a few seconds and my Legs fatigue incredibly fast and lose all strength and turn to Jello and i just collapse and they start shaking .
i believe this big distinction reveals many important clues

in the Past, i made a huge error in relying way too much on Chiropractors, who promised me the world and delivered NOTHING , cost me tons of money and they were never able to back up their claims at any time. Which causes me to believe that Most Chiropractic treatment is unscientific Quackery and utter asinine nonsense .
anyway, im trying to decide between Osteopahty and PT

Here is my Lumbar MRI
” Straightening of the lumbar lordosis, slight disc bulge at L4 L5, loss of Water content at L5 S1 , which also shows a shallow broad based bilateral protrusion in contact with the dural sac and an encroachment into the Neural foramina ‘
The Pain in my Legs has never been sharp or radiating , Never ‘ travelled’ anywhere or moves , Rather its very dull saturation of soreness

My back and feet are not effected , its ONLY in my Legs. Since 1996 the only thing that changes the Pain and intensity of the sensation is any type of weight bearing activity , that greatly increases the Pain and fatigue in my legs very fast. There was not 1 specific movement that brought this on, it only started the next morning upon awakening the day after the heavy moving job

i have a very Unique rare situation as you may find very intriguing.
i have very dull achey sore pain in Both my Legs evenly distributed accross the entire leg from just below the hips to right above the ankles . Hurts right down to the Bones ! Been with me since 1996 due to a Moving Job one day, and has NEVER changed for better or worse at anytime since the day it happend !
@AnatomicalALIGNMENT Wow…lots of questions! As a PT, I’m biased towards what is published in PT journals…for the most part that’s hands-on PT (manipulation/mobilization) backed up by exercise for the transverse abdominis and multifidus.
@BeeRich33 Sounds like you are serious about getting better…research and clinical experience says most are through inflammation stage within 60 days…good luck!

for anyone suffering with Sciatica and other structure related Pain problems, In your Opinion how vital are the correct sleep Mattress, Pillow, Orthotics for shoes , the chairs they sit on and Car Seat etc. ?
